Join the Ramblers in MANHATTAN this Summer
Join the New York Ramblers Soccer Club, the oldest LGBT soccer club for our 2023 Summer League Monday nights from 7:00-10:45 PM at Chelsea Waterside Park!
The mission of the New York Ramblers is to provide a comfortable and fun atmosphere for all people to enjoy the competition and camaraderie of soccer, regardless of skill level, sexual orientation, gender, race or religion; to break down stereotypes about LGBTQ+ people in sports; and to forge new friendships as part of an ongoing Ramblers family.
League Format and Details
Summer league will take place at Chelsea Waterside Park from June to August 2023.
Game Times
Games start at 7:00 PM, 7:45 PM, 8:30 PM, 9:15PM, and 10 PM. Each team will play at 10:00 PM up to two times. You can download a calendar feed to Google Calendar or iCal directly from your team page after the draft.
Game Format
Games are 7 v 7 (6 + a keeper) with two 20 minutes halves. Between 8 and 10 teams will compete each week. League rules permit unlimited, rolling subs and no off sides.
*Summer league registration is $90, which includes a jersey. You must also be a 2023 dues-paying member to participate in Summer League. 2023 Annual Dues are $130. Financial assistance is available.
